It was back in 2006 when  Mr. Mohamed came up the idea of creating free language assistance for somali and swahili speaking refugees and immigrants in Boise Idaho and the surrounding counties. it was very successful and the group of interpreters he brought together helped the community to integrate in to the new communities and opened an English language centers through out the valley.

In mid 2010, Mr mohamed formally lunched Abu Translations and contracted the service providers through out the state. In 2014, he lunched another campaign for expansion in the states of Washington, Utah, Oregon and New York.
